About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will support two of Bridgewater’s Senior Technology Leaders by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on their behalf, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, managing their commitments and calendars, and ensuring broad organization and coordination across their responsibilities. This role demands a highly organized candidate who can juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities seamlessly. And, given the sensitive nature of the information the team frequently engages on, unwavering professionalism, absolute discretion, and exceptional judgement are all non-negotiables. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two technology leaders, acting as a proactive gatekeeper to maximize executives' time and contribute to efficient team operations.
- Represent the leadership team, serving as a primary point of contact for all of their engagements and communications, ensuring professionalism, efficiency and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing sensitive information, including executive correspondence, personnel matters, and strategic initiatives.
- Anticipate the needs of leadership to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. Handle ad-hoc requests and perform additional duties as assigned.
Calendar & Meeting Management
- Proactively manage and prioritize leaders' calendars, showcasing flexibility and problem-solving skills to adjust and prioritize schedules in response to last-minute changes.
- Prepare meeting agendas and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Arrange and manage internal team meetings, offsite meetings, external team events (dinners, celebrations, parties)
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior management in an administrative capacity. Preference for experience with multiple senior managers.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to juggle and execute against multiple responsibilities, tasks, and/or priorities with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to anticipate and independently avoid or solve problems
- Agility; capable of adapting to unexpected changes and rapidly evolving situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word as well as collaborative technologies such as Slack, Zoom etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
The anticipated onsite requirement for this role is 2 days per week at Bridgewater's campus in Westport, CT, with the option to work offsite/remote on other days.
Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $100,000 - $150,0000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
