Real Estate & Facilities (REF) Department Overview:
The REF department manages and optimizes a portfolio distributed across multiple sites and delivers day to day services to ensure an excellent workplace environment for all Bridgewater associates, clients and guests. It is responsible to achieve sustainable excellence at this by delivering systemized planning, services and outcomes, even as the requirements of the business change over time. Services are delivered using a combination of subject matter experts with significant external experience, as well as general management resources with significant exposure and rotation throughout Bridgewater.
Position Summary:
The Production team provides safe, secure, efficient and reliable multimedia services to the Bridgewater community, including but not limited to design and print. The role provides exposure to the entirety of Bridgewater’s portfolio and the opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels. It also allows the opportunity for professional growth outside of the standard day-to-day responsibilities to prepare Production members for future roles throughout Bridgewater.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to help Bridgewater function excellently
- Developing collaborative relationships with contacts in different BW departments to produce good outcomes
- Produce in-house quality materials including both print and digital medias
- Building, improving, and documenting processes and procedures
- Collecting and maintaining metrics to tell the story of Production and determine how/if the team is meeting its goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve any print and/or design issues that may arise
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high-level QC and attention to detail
Position Requirements:
- Clear understanding of Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Proficiency in the Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design
- Previous print production and technical experience or strong willingness and ability to learn
- Previous experience designing and producing digital content
- A self-starter who is highly organized and has a strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Extremely responsible, with a strong focus on customer service
- Possesses a strategic mindset and actively contributes to the continuous development and enhancement of the team
- A portfolio showcasing design and/or print capabilities
Physical Requirements
The anticipated onsite requirement for this role is four days per week at our NYC campus.
Compensation
The wage range for this role is $90,000 – $130,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
