We are seeking a Supervising Physician (MD or DO) with a strong interest or background in geriatrics and dementia-focused care. In this flexible, part-time role, you will provide collaborative oversight to a growing team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants delivering high-quality care to seniors in clinic, home, and telehealth settings.
This role is ideal for physicians who value meaningful clinical oversight, supportive mentorship, and a slower, more intentional pace of care focused on cognitive and behavioral health in aging adults.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the Supervising or Collaborating Physician for a team of APPs providing dementia-focused care
- Review charts and documentation per state and organizational requirements
- Provide clinical consultation and oversight for complex geriatric cases
- Participate in quarterly check-ins and ongoing quality initiatives
- Support provider onboarding, mentorship, and compliance efforts
- Contribute to best practices and standards of care in dementia and behavioral health management
You Are:
- A licensed MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in listed state
- Experienced in geriatrics, primary care, or behavioral health—with a strong interest in dementia care
- Familiar with clinical oversight models and comfortable supporting advanced practice providers
- Tech-savvy and able to work within EMR and virtual care platforms
- Enthusiastic about shaping dementia care delivery and mentoring emerging clinical talent
