- Flexible Care Settings – Begin within a clinic and/or home-based model, with opportunities to expand into senior living and memory care communities.
- Cognitive Care Leadership – Partner with affiliated groups on annual cognitive screenings, early intervention, and ongoing dementia management.
- Compensation & Benefits – Competitive salary range from $200,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience and scope.
- Sign-On Bonus – Available for full-time providers.
- Balanced Schedule – Blend of in-person and virtual care with autonomy to shape your workflow.
- Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement, and CME support.
