Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier performance. This role ensures product availability, cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery while minimizing risk and improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand and align supply plans to meet business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Source and qualify suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost).
  • Develop sourcing, tariff, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage supplier audits and compliance requirements.
  • Implement inventory control policies and cycle count programs.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Manage freight costs and carrier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience with PDM/LCM and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience in electronics sourcing preferred. 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
  • Knowledge of international trade and compliance.
