We’re seeking a driven Implementation Manager (IM) passionate about delivering enterprise software projects. As an IM, you’ll lead Brightflag implementations, working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, Product, and Analysts. You’ll manage tasks like understanding customer needs, data migration, system integration, and user training. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are essential to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute customer implementations of varying complexity, which includes responsibility for ensuring on-time delivery of the Brightflag platform, within budget and above our customers’ expectations
  • Working in collaboration with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and establishing business outcomes 
  • Capture and detail customer requirements using requirement gathering templates in order to establish the full scope of the implementation
  • Work with internal resources to configure the Brightflag platform according to project scope and customer requirements
  • Develop a data migration strategy and coordinate with Brightflag Data Migration Specialist to ensure its successful execution 
  • Collaborate with our Engineering team on custom feature requests and API integrations with customer systems
  • Manage and prioritise the delivery and execution of multiple implementations to a project plan 
  • Manage risk and issue escalation for the project
  • Collaborate with the assigned Customer Success Manager to identify the key success factors for a successful implementation

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in project management and software delivery, managing global, remote projects
  • B2B SaaS experience with knowledge of AP systems/APIs
  • Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and project planning
  • Experience working within customer success, implementation, support, technology or operational consulting roles
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies
  • Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and similar tools
  • Deadline-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to remote work environments

The following are a bonus!

  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Domain knowledge or expertise in legal management / legal operations
