Here’s what you’ll do at BrightInsight:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Test Automation Manager to

lead our Quality Engineering organization. This role will be

responsible for driving the mobile testing strategy, managing multiple

QA teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards across our

mobile applications portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong

technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to build and

mentor high-performing teams while driving innovation in mobile

testing practices.

# Key Responsibilities

# Strategic Leadership

* Develop and implement enterprise-wide mobile testing strategy and

vision

* Lead a team of QA professionals across multiple projects

* Drive innovation in testing practices, including AI/ML integration

* Manage testing budgets and resource allocation

* Establish and maintain Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE)

* Define and track quality metrics aligned with business objectives

# Technical Oversight

* Architect enterprise-level test automation frameworks

* Guide technology stack decisions and tool selection

* Oversee implementation of CI/CD testing pipelines

* Drive cloud testing infrastructure strategies

* Ensure best practices in mobile automation across teams

* Lead technical innovation initiatives

# Team Management

* Build and develop high-performing QA teams

* Manage performance reviews and career development

* Implement training and mentorship programs

 

* Handle resource planning and allocation

* Drive team motivation and engagement

* Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships

# Process & Quality Management

* Establish quality standards and processes

* Implement quality gates and metrics

* Oversee compliance with industry standards

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives

* Manage quality dashboards and reporting

 

# Stakeholder Management

* Manage relationships with key stakeholders

* Present quality metrics and ROI analysis

* Drive cross-functional initiatives

* Lead vendor evaluation and selection

# Required Qualifications

# Technical Expertise

* 10-12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years

in mobile testing

* Strong background in test automation frameworks (Appium,

XCUITest, Espresso)

* Deep understanding of mobile technologies and platforms

* Experience with cloud testing platforms and device farms

* Knowledge of AI/ML applications in testing

* Understanding of DevOps practices and tools

# Leadership Experience

* 5+ years of managing QA teams of 15+ members

* Experience building and scaling QA organizations

* Track record of successful process implementation

* Budget management experience

* Vendor management experience

* Project portfolio management skills

 

# Technical Skills

* Strong understanding of:

* Mobile app architectures (Native, Hybrid, React Native)

* Programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)

* CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

* Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Container orchestration

* Test automation frameworks
