Now, we’re searching for a Data Engineer to join our Tech & Product Team as we head into our next exciting chapter of growth.

The Role: 
As our Senior Data Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our business intelligence system. This is your chance to own and elevate the infrastructure that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll design, build, and optimise scalable data solutions that keep our systems running like clockwork, enabling data-savvy colleagues to uncover insights and drive impact. 

Working with cutting-edge tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau, you’ll lead the charge in evolving our data architecture to meet the demands of a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape. Whether it’s tackling complex challenges, exploring innovative solutions, or enhancing performance and reliability, this role puts you at the heart of our data-driven journey.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with teams across the business to uncover their data needs and craft innovative solutions that empower them to make smarter decisions
  • Collaborate with the tech team to deliver impactful software enhancements, build robust technical infrastructure, and spearhead data cleansing initiatives that ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Be a data champion by sharing your expertise and helping to cultivate a culture of data excellence across the company
  • Shape the future of our systems by contributing to architectural design reviews and ensuring our infrastructure is built for scalability, performance, and innovation
  • Invest in yourself by taking full advantage of our training budget to stay ahead of the curve and continuously sharpen your technical edge

  • You're an experienced Data Engineer with a strong understanding of SQL 
  • You’re motivated to help people across the business use data to drive strategic decisions 
  • You’re familiar with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tooling

Key Details:

  • Location: This role could either be based in either our Edinburgh office or London HQ and would be a hybrid role (working from both the office & remotely) 
  • Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 
  • Start date: ASAP 

Interview Process:

  • Initial call: Initial 30-minute Zoom call with our Senior Talent Partner 
  • 1st round: Technical test followed by a technical interview 
  • Final round: Values & culture interview and final meeting with our Platform CEO
