Now, we’re searching for an Analytics Engineer to join our Tech Teamas we head into our next exciting chapter of growth.  

The Role: 
As our Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our business intelligence system. This is your chance to own and elevate the infrastructure that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll design, build, and optimise scalable data solutions that keep our systems running like clockwork, enabling data-savvy colleagues to uncover insights and drive impact. 

Working with cutting-edge tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt and Steep, you’ll lead the charge in evolving our data architecture to meet the demands of a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape. Whether it’s tackling complex challenges, exploring innovative solutions, or enhancing performance and reliability, this role puts you at the heart of our data-driven journey.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the owner and expert for all the metrics in the business, managing the one source of truth in Snowflake and Steep 
  • Work with cross-functional teams during new product launches to build bespoke data sources in Snowflake which are needed to understand usage and impact 
  • Support stakeholders around the business in understanding how they can best use the available data catalogue to analyse product usage and make data driven decisions for the future 
  • Be a data championby sharing your expertise and helping to cultivate a culture of data excellence across the company  
  • Shape the future of our systemsby contributing to architectural design reviews and ensuring our infrastructure is built for scalability, performance, and innovation

Key Details: 

  • Location:This role could either be based in our Edinburgh office or London HQ and would be a hybrid role. We’re also open to remote candidates who would be willing to travel to either office at least once per month 
  • Salary:£60,00-£80,000 
  • Start date:ASAP 

Interview Process: 

  • Initial call:Initial 30-minute Zoom call with our Senior Talent Partner 
  • 1st round:Technical test followed by a technical interview 
  • Final round:Values & culture interview and final meeting with our Platform CEO
