What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
- Implement and oversee ABA programs across various settings (clinic, home, school).
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed within our online platform.
What You’ll Need:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in providing ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a big bonus!
