Brightstone Therapy is growing—and we’re looking for a passionate, licensed Occupational Therapist to help us expand our interdisciplinary care model in Jacksonville, Florida.

Our clinics specialize in ABA therapy for children with autism, and we’re excited to integrate occupational therapy into our collaborative, team-driven approach. What You’ll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy targeting fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and play/social skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and caregivers to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical decision-making
• Educate and coach caregivers to promote skill generalization
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with professional standards

What You Bring

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong experience with autism spectrum disorder highly desired
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, team-centered care
