Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part Time (Afternoon Availability Required)

• Location: Decatur, GA
• Pay: $30+ per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Part Time 2:30-5:30 availability for scheduling

Position Overview

This is a part-time position with afternoon availability required. The RBT will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as directed by the BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
• Collaborate with the BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
• Assist with behavior management and crisis support as needed
• Deliver services in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• CPR certification not required at hire but must be obtained upon employment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals in home, school, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong commitment to supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
