Crew Members are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through:

  • Working with landscape crew to provide professional moving
  • Enhancing curb appeal and beatifying outdoor spaces
  • Safely and efficiently operating lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow and ice management tools and equipment
  • Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
  • Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance

Requirements:

  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team
  • Be someone others want to work with
