As a Client and Vendor Relationship Coordinator, you will work with a team of professionals dedicated to total client satisfaction. This role is critically important to our growth and success. The Client and Vendor Relationship Coordinator will play a major part in advancing our mission by overseeing all facets of client satisfaction within the vendor service model.
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to our Core Values: accountability, continuous improvement, win/win (1+1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect
- Support, adhere to, and enforce company policies
- Attentively monitor and respond to client concerns and issues
- Follow through on service issues that need improvement
- Contract set-up, ongoing monitoring, and invoices from our internal system
- Assist fellow team members with secondary revenue opportunities set-up and delivery to client
- Process vendor invoices, verifying reporting requirements are complete and complete internal process to ensure timely payment to vendors
- Oversee internal and external systems to review vendor performance and compliance
- Identify and make recommendations to the upper management regarding failing vendors
- Act as a liaison between vendors and other team members
- As needed, cooperate with the sourcing and recruitment team to dispatch back-up vendors or source new vendors
- Help identify service priorities on sites and offer directions to vendors based on client’s immediate business needs
- Always representing the company and brand in a positive manner
- Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
- Some on-call and emergency responses may be necessary
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a customer service industry that uses a vendor network to complete contract requirements.
- A flexible individual who understands urgent business matters may require extra commitment when necessary
- Ability to influence and persuade, develop, and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable with change
- Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and expert level proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in a position with extensive outbound call requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and is subject to reasonable suspicion and post incident drug testing
- Satisfactory background check
- Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
