Responsibilities
- Advance the company’s established strategic sales direction, message, and brand.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business.
- Create and maintain beneficial networking opportunities to expand its reach and advance the Brilar brand.
- Prospect and secure new business through networking, cold calling, emails, consistent follow-ups, and in-person to support the growth of Brilar
- Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment
- Drive significant growth in the market for new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
- Report sales metrics
- Positively represent the company and brand at all times
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales
- Sufficient knowledge and experience with CRM software
- Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
- Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a more extended selling cycle environment
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
- Experience with RFP documentation is a strong asset
- Able to work proactively for extended periods with minimal direct supervision
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude
- Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
