APPLICATION CERTIFICATION STATEMENT
I certify that all statements on this Application for Employment are complete and truthful and agree that such statements may be investigated and if found to be false will be sufficient reason for not being employed, or if employed may result in immediate termination of employment regardless when or how discovered. I release Brilar, LLC, and any persons or employers, from all liability that might result from verifying and or during the investigation.
I authorize the use of any information in this application to verify my statements and I authorize past employers, all references, and any other persons to answer all questions asked concerning my ability, character, reputation, and previous employment record. I release Brilar, LLC and all such persons involved during the investigation from any liability or damages on account of having furnished such information.
I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or in the granting of an interview is intended to create an employment contract between Brilar, LLC and myself for either employment or for the providing of any such promise or guarantee is binding upon Brilar, LLC unless made in writing.
I understand and acknowledge that unless otherwise defined by applicable law, any employment relationship with this organization is of an “at-will” nature, which means that the Employee may resign at any time and that Brilar, LLC may discharge the Employee at any time with or without cause. I agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. I understand that Brilar, LLC reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of my employment. I understand, and I agree that Brilar, LLC may make changes made from time to time including the terms and conditions of my employment.
I understand that if employed, policies and rules that are issued are not conditions of employment and that the Brilar, LLC may revise policies and procedures, in whole or in part, at any time. I understand and agree that if offered and accept a position, I will abide by the rules and policies of this Company.
