Global Organizational Development Director (Temp)
We’re Bringg! A delivery management leader, serving 800+ customers globally. Leading enterprise retailers and brands use Bringg to grow their delivery capacity, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced OD Director to join our talented people team.
The Director of Organizational Development is a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping how we scale, evolve, and align our organization for performance and growth. This role blends deep OD expertise with HR Business Partnership, working directly with senior leaders to drive org design, leadership effectiveness, and cultural alignment. You’ll play a key role in enabling transformation, enhancing talent strategy, and building organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HRBP to select business units, advising senior leaders on org effectiveness, talent, and change strategy.
- Lead org design work, including structure reviews, capability mapping, and workforce planning.
- Drive leadership and team effectiveness through development programs, facilitation, and coaching.
- Partner with People Analytics to translate engagement and org health data into action.
- Lead change enablement for strategic initiatives - ensuring alignment, communication, and adoption.
- Run talent review and succession planning processes with business and People leaders.
- Coach leaders through organizational transitions, growth, and transformation efforts.
- Collaborate across the People team to deliver integrated talent solutions.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in Organizational Development, Talent, or HRBP roles - ideally in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in org design, change management, and leadership development.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills; able to influence at executive levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic decisions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
- Experience in working with Product, R&D or operations management before.
