What You’ll Do
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including:
- Digital ads and campaign creatives
- Banners and landing page visuals
- Sales and marketing presentations (Google Slides)
- Reports, internal decks, and branded content materials
- Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Update website visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — every asset should feel cohesive and on-brand
- Work across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Firefly, Canva) to deliver high-quality work efficiently
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, from image generation to layout iteration and template scaling
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams as needed
- Proactively suggest creative ideas and improvements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven experience as a marketing or graphic designer (preferably in tech or digital products)
- A strong portfolio (required) — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Firefly, Canva) and a demonstrated ability to use them effectively
- High professional proficiency in English (all content is conducted in English)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects end-to-end, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with global brands or B2B companies; familiarity with enterprise marketing funnels and go-to-market strategies- big advantage
- Ability to invoice monthly based on hours worked
