Job Purpose

We are looking for an officer to support our portfolio on digital skilling and employability in India. This role provides hands-on experience in CSR programme execution, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and reporting. You will work closely with the CSR team and on-ground partners to streamline reporting, enhance processes, and develop communication materials for social media, donors, and partners. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating employee volunteering activities and ensuring effective engagement.

Key Responsibilities -

 

·       Assist in streamlining reporting and documentation of CSR programs with on-ground partners.

·       Support in data collection for monitoring programme outcomes.

·       Develop social media and communication materials for initiatives, donors, and partners.

·       Coordinate employee volunteering activities, including planning, logistics, and engagement.

·       Coordinate and support events undertaken under the programme.

·       Develop and maintain a calendar of external events and forums where CSR initiatives can be showcased.

·       Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative CSR strategies.

·       Support due diligence and compliance requirements for partner NGOs and implementation agencies.

·       Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and impact stories for stakeholders

 

Key relationships

Internal: Head of programmes, Senior Manager

External: Donors, Programme Partners, BAIF service providers

Job-related knowledge, skills and experience

Minimum Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, Communications, or a related field.

·       4+ years of relevant experience in development sector, or programme coordination.

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; working knowledge of Hindi preferred.

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a collaborative environment.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

·       Prior experience in documentation, impact reporting, or employee engagement initiatives will be an advantage.
