What to expect :

We are seeking a senior designer to help us take the Broadsign brand to new audiences, develop creative digital assets and manage the look and feel of the brand across multiple touchpoints and products.

Reporting to the VP of marketing, you will bring your experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to help tell our story in an impactful, accessible and visually exciting way. You possess a desire to learn, think in new creative ways, embrace change, and you have an outstanding background and love for digital design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Champion brand consistency across all visual materials and maintain up-to-date brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce marketing materials for web, social media, events, email, digital campaigns, product launches, and video.
  • Enhance website user experience and collaborate on design optimization for conversion.
  • Prepare files for production and manage external design vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.

What you need to perform in this job :

  • Strong passion for marketing and advertising, particularly out-of-home and ad tech.
  • Proven track record of developing creative assets in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency).
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design (composition, hierarchy, typography, color, responsive, event, UX/UI).
  • Experience across various mediums (web, digital ads, video, photo, presentations, illustration, events).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; familiarity with Figma, Canva, and Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate briefs and improve creative with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and focus on meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
