About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (15-month contract), you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. In the fast-paced SaaS and tech landscape, having a robust pipeline of qualified candidates is a major strategic advantage. You will take ownership of crucial recruitment activities, ensuring our team is equipped to meet headcount goals while positioning Broadsign as an employer of choice in our industry.
What to Expect
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building
You will map out competitive talent markets and leverage advanced sourcing features to build healthy, proactive pipelines. Your creativity will shine as you design personalized outreach campaigns that catch the attention of passive talent and engage high-potential individuals for future openings.
- Full Cycle Recruitment Support
You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to write and post engaging job descriptions, evaluate applicants, and conduct comprehensive candidate pre-screening calls. Once a champion candidate is identified, you will assist in creating and extending compelling offers, handling contract execution smoothly to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
- System Integrity & Administration
You will serve as a champion for our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring all data fields, candidate stages, and interview notes are updated accurately and in real time. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance, support reliable reporting metrics, and facilitate seamless cross-functional team coordination.
What you need to perform in this job
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
- Experience leveraging AI sourcing assistants or advanced sourcing tools is a strong asset.
- Industry Context: Prior experience recruiting within an agency setting or a fast-growing SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: A proven track record of building complex candidate pipelines, conducting creative outreach, and converting passive prospects into successful hires.
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of operating comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
