Provider Enrollment & Data Integrity Analyst

As a Provider Enrollment & Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring healthcare providers are accurately enrolled and compliant with program standards. Your work directly supports patient access, network reliability, and data-driven healthcare operations. Worksite & Schedule

This is a full-time (40-hours/week) position, Monday–Friday in a typical office environment.

  • Work hours: 8:00AM–5:00PM
  • Location: 17 Technology Circle, Columbia, SC, 29203
  • You may be required to travel between buildings.

What You’ll Do

You will support the full lifecycle of provider enrollment, helping ensure accurate provider data and regulatory compliance. Duties include:

  • Determine acceptability of applications for provider enrollment (initial, re-enrollment, reactivation, or information updates).
  • Review, verify, and validate provider information using internal systems and external databases/agencies.
  • Process and update applications in the provider enrollment database; support testing of EFT setups and provider file changes.
  • Respond to internal/external inquiries via correspondence or phone with professionalism and clarity.
  • Resolve application discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from providers and relevant agencies.
  • Provide enrollment forms and guidance to prospective enrollees.
  • Participate in special projects related to provider files and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to test and implement system changes.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to optimize enrollment workflows.
  • Contribute to provider education and assist with training provider services staff.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Associate’s degree + 2 years of related experience OR
  • 4 years of related experience (office environment).

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), grammar, and organizational skills.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Basic business math and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration.
  • Knowledge of:
  • Provider certification processes
  • Claims processing and discount programs
  • Medicare enrollment regulations
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Completion of an eQIP background investigation
