Location: Vicksburg, MS (Hybrid — onsite and remote) Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 annually

Broadway Ventures, LLC is a certified small business government contractor providing healthcare administration and IT services to federal agencies, including CMS, the VA, and DoD.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to support corporate personnel and operations. In this role, you will make sure deliverables are completed on time, documentation stays accurate and compliant, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams, subcontractors, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverable timelines across assigned contracts.
- Maintain and update project trackers, status reports, and deliverable logs.
- Support preparation of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) documentation and other compliance reporting.
- Assist with proposal development activities, including gathering inputs, formatting volumes, and tracking submission deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups.
- Track contract modifications, deliverable due dates, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
- Receive, process, and distribute corporate mail.
- Handle employee queries, directing them to the appropriate person or department when needed.
- Assist with developing flowcharts, process documents, and policy documents.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, facilitating communication and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and contract success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance or public trust designation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing and able to accept constructive feedback and make changes for improvement.
- Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards and technology advancements.
- Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the client and changes in the program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with federal contracting terminology, FAR/DFARS, and CPARS reporting.
- Experience supporting CMS, VA, or DoD contracts.

Where that is the case, the position and its final compensation are contingent upon award of the contract to Broadway Ventures and on the terms of the awarded contract, including any government-approved labor rates and the applicable wage determination.
