This role is focused on providing continuity, supporting an established team, and ensuring we stay on track against key business priorities over a defined four-month period.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly build context, exercise strong judgment, and guide a high-performing team with clarity and care—while ensuring the digital experience continues to reflect our commitment to creating a home that feels like you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the ecommerce function with clarity and continuity
- Provide steady leadership across Digital Product, UX Design, and Digital Commerce (site and marketplaces)
- Step in as the primary decision-maker for the function, offering clear, timely direction
- Ensure the team remains supported, aligned, and operating effectively across day-to-day execution and key initiatives
Drive prioritization and performance
- Manage against the existing roadmap, ensuring focus on the highest-impact work
- Monitor performance across channels (revenue, conversion, margin) and guide thoughtful adjustments
- Balance short-term performance with longer-term brand and customer considerations
Champion a seamless, brand-aligned customer experience
- Ensure the ecommerce and marketplace experience remains intuitive, cohesive, and on-brand
- Partner with Product, UX, and Creative to bring “home that feels like you” to life across digital touchpoints
Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Finance
- Navigate trade-offs, maintain clear communication, and keep cross-functional workstreams moving efficiently
What Success Looks Like
- The team feels supported, clear on priorities, and continues to operate at a high level
- Key initiatives progress on schedule, with thoughtful prioritization where needed
- Ecommerce and marketplace performance remains stable and on track against targets
- The digital experience remains cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with our brand
- Cross-functional partners experience strong alignment and consistent communication
- The transition back to the returning leader is seamless, with no loss of momentum
We’re Looking For
- 12–15+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, with ownership across site, digital product, and marketplaces (including Amazon)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams spanning Product, UX, and Commerce
- Strong judgment and decision-making in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to prioritize effectively and keep teams focused on the highest-impact work
- A low-ego, high-EQ leadership style with the ability to build trust and integrate quickly
- A customer-first mindset, with a clear point of view on how digital experiences translate the brand into something that feels personal and intuitive
- Hands-on approach, with a willingness to step in where needed to support execution
