Marketing Leadership That Builds Trust, Emotion & Brand Recognition

Marketing at Brown Haven is about storytelling, experience, and connection. We’re seeking a creative, brand-driven Director of Marketing to lead how Brown Haven shows up across all channels — from content and social storytelling to video, photography, events, and community presence.

This role owns the brand narrative and creative direction, ensuring Brown Haven’s story is told consistently, authentically, and at a premium level as we continue to grow across the Southeast. You’ll partner closely with leadership to translate our values, craftsmanship, and customer experience into compelling marketing that builds awareness and loyalty.

What You'll Own:

  • Brand Strategy & Voice: Define and protect the Brown Haven brand across all markets and touchpoints.
  • Storytelling & Content: Lead narrative development across social media, website content, video, photography, email, and brand campaigns.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee creative assets and visual standards to ensure a consistent, premium look and feel.
  • Community Presence: Guide organic social strategy and local storytelling that highlights people, projects, and communities. Support brand-building events, launches, and community involvement.
  • Customer Journey Storytelling: Partner with Sales and Client Experience to ensure marketing reflects the true Brown Haven experience.
  • Team & Partner Leadership: Manage internal creatives and external partners (photographers, videographers, designers, agencies).
  • Brand Growth: Strengthen awareness and emotional connection as Brown Haven expands into new markets.
  • Manage Partners: Oversee agencies and vendors, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and ROI across every marketing dollar spent.

Your Competitive Edge:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, storytelling, or creative leadership
  • Strong background in content strategy and creative direction
  • Experience leading creative teams or agencies
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling instincts
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at a leadership level
  • Experience in premium, lifestyle, or experience-driven brands is a plus
