Playbook for Success:

• Lead the Design Process – Guide buyers through selections in our Design Studio and ensure all decisions are finalized at least 45 days before groundbreaking.
• Own the Client Relationship – Communicate proactively, set clear expectations, and deliver a seamless design experience from start to finish.
• Execute with Precision – Keep selections, pricing, and updates organized and accurate to ensure smooth handoffs to construction.
• Build Excitement Early – Bring energy and expertise to every appointment, creating momentum and raving fans before construction begins.

Your Competitive Edge:

• Design & Sales Expertise. 3+ years of experience guiding buyers through design selections within the homebuilding industry. You know how to guide clients confidently, curate cohesive selections, and represent a premium brand with polish and credibility.
