As a Trainee Executive (6 month fixed term contract), you'll be a vital part of the Brunswick Arts team in London. You'll support the day-to-day running of client accounts and help with various key tasks. This role is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of arts and communications.
What You'll Do
- Media Monitoring: Keep an eye on national newspapers, art and design trades, and online outlets.
- Social Media Monitoring: Track select issues and clients, and analyse trends.
- Content Creation: Proofread and draft media materials, background documents, and media lists.
- Event Logistics: Handle logistics for media and client meetings, announcement days, and other events.
- Research: Conduct background research to support networking and new business meetings.
- Campaign Ideas: Identify media opportunities, generate campaign ideas, and pitch stories.
- Networking: Attend exhibitions, previews, and performing arts events as an ambassador for Brunswick Arts.
- Administrative Support: Assist with diary management and varied ad-hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for the arts, demonstrated by knowledge or experience in the field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of social media platforms used by arts organizations (Instagram, BlueSky, TwitterX).
- Foreign language skills are a plus (especially European languages, Arabic).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
