Our People team plays a central role in supporting colleagues and shaping a culture where everyone can thrive. We are ambitious, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships - where no two days look the same. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects, while developing your expertise within a collaborative and ambitious People team.
About the Role
The HR Advisor will report into a Senior HR Manager and work closely with the Head of People, London, the other Senior HR Manager, and the HR Coordinator. You will also collaborate with specialist HR teams – Talent Acquisition, Data & Systems, Reward & Policy, Learning & Development – and the wider Global People teams.

International Mobility & Secondments
- Support the end-to-end process for secondments to London, including proposals, approvals, and ongoing liaison.
- Liaise with immigration lawyers, tax advisors, and payroll teams to ensure compliance and smooth experiences.
- Oversee logistics such as visas, relocation arrangements, and reintegration following assignments.
Entry Careers
- Support early careers initiatives, including internships, apprentice and executive-level recruitment.
- Support rotations for Executives, conducting check-in conversations at key milestones.
- Work closely with mentors/leads to ensure a high-quality entry career employee experience.
Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee the employee lifecycle process for London colleagues.
- Ensure inductions, new joiner check-ins, and probation administration are delivered effectively.
- Manage family leave processes and reintegration following return.
- Oversee and support the HR Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes including payroll requirements.

- Contribute to Brunswick’s Culture and Inclusion initiatives, including HR-specific actions.
- Support engagement activities such as recognition, team days, wellbeing, mental health awareness, cultural events, and continuous feedback.
Policies, Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate HR data in collaboration with the Global People Systems and Data team.
- Support the review and improvement of HR policies, balancing best practice with practical application.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, right-to-work, and accurate record-keeping requirements.
- Support cyclical People projects such as benefits renewals, remuneration, appraisal, and policy reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD qualification – level 5 or above (or working towards).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR generalist role with responsibility across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience managing international mobility/secondments, including working with immigration lawyers, tax advisors, and suppliers.
- Experience in employee relations, particularly in managing sensitive issues around performance, wellbeing, and personal circumstances.
- Experience supporting entry careers recruitment and development programmes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
