Brunswick Group is seeking an experienced Executive to join our dynamic and growing Hong Kong office.

About the Role
Client Contribution & Handling
- Draft press releases, Q&As, key messages and other strategic communications materials
- Demonstrate a strong interest in media, market and capital markets intelligence; proactively share insights with clients and internal teams
- Use in-house AI tools and other resources to manage workload, ensuring on-time, high‑quality deliverables
- Contribute ideas to brainstorms, proposals and pitch preparation
- Think both strategically and tactically about client issues and broader account development
- Deliver high-quality content that reflects strong judgement, research and analytical thinking
- Build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues and earn their trust
Contribution to the Firm
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple time‑sensitive projects
- Draw insights from your personal and professional networks and apply them appropriately on behalf of the Firm and our clients
- Participate in and contribute to internal training and take advantage of learning and professional development opportunities
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Act as the “eyes and ears” of the team, closely tracking industry, media and market developments
- Share ideas, knowledge and recommendations openly with colleagues
- Earn the respect of peers and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Communication Skills – Engagement with Media and Key Stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reporter backgrounders and curate targeted media lists
- Identify media, visibility and thought leadership opportunities that elevate client profiles
- Support the team’s work with journalists and other external stakeholders where appropriate
What We’re Looking For

Strong Executive candidates will demonstrate:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; corporate communications, financial communications or agency experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Strong interest in capital markets, financial media and issues shaping listed companies and large private enterprises
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-service mindset
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable and collaborative working style
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a high-performance environment
- Ability to think strategically and creatively under pressure
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- International work or academic experience a plus
- Familiarity with Factiva, Bloomberg or similar research tools a strong advantage
