About the Role

As an Executive in Hong Kong, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, supporting high-profile transactions and strategic communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Monitoring: Track client and sector news, alerting internal teams and clients in real time to key developments in financial markets and capital transactions.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on companies, industries, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, prepare meeting notes, and ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Media Relations: Develop journalist background briefings, curate media lists, and support outreach to enhance client visibility.
  • Competitive Analysis: Identify emerging trends and benchmark competitors to keep clients ahead in the market.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for investor days, earnings announcements, and other high-profile events.
  • Visibility Opportunities: Spot and assess opportunities to elevate client profiles across media and stakeholder channels.
  • Networking: Begin building a professional network in Hong Kong’s financial and advisory community.

What We’re Looking For

We seek smart, curious individuals with strong analytical and communication skills. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in corporate advisory, financial communications, investment banking, capital markets, or related fields.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of financial situations, transactions, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail Orientation: Discretion and accuracy in handling confidential client matters.
  • Campaign Experience: Proven experience in managing or supporting strategic campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin is required.
