Sales Analytics Manager, Wholesale

What You’ll Do: 

BRUNT Workwear is rapidly expanding its retail partner network and strengthening its position within the wholesale distribution channel. The Wholesale Sales Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in this growth. This position supports Sales leadership and key account representatives by collecting and synthesizing data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, business building opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making. This includes analyzing seasonal sell-in, monitoring weekly sell-through, and assessing partner inventory levels to proactively identify opportunities that help the Sales Team increase revenue and improve account performance.

This role also serves as a central hub across the organization working very closely with wholesale leadership, sales representatives, planning/forecasting, and finance team members, and in partnership with marketing, partner services, and operations. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional coordination, data-driven strategy, and turning information into clear recommendations that strengthen BRUNT’s wholesale partnerships and business outcomes.

How You’ll Do It:

Strategic Planning & Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with the President of Wholesale and National Sales Director to define long-term revenue and growth strategies by account type and product segment.
  • Partner with Sales, Planning, Forecasting, and Finance to support monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and the annual budgeting process.

Sales Team Support & Engagement:

  • Support the Sales Team in building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with existing and new Wholesale Partners.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities through analysis of product breadth, account penetration, sell-in/sell-through trends, and replenishment performance.
  • Provide insights that help the Sales Team meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales organization, internal Operations team, and 3PL partners.

Data Analysis & Systems Management

  • Serve as the internal expert on wholesale performance analytics, providing clear and actionable reporting on key metrics, trends, and customer insights.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to sales leadership and executive teams that highlight business-building opportunities.
  • Oversee the adoption, accuracy, and ongoing utilization of Sales CRM systems, B2B Sales Platform, analytics platforms, and future automation tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, platform integrity, and strong collaboration with IT to maintain system security and reliability.
  • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and competition, informing Sales/ Product leadership.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of BRUNT’s product offering, & value proposition

What You Need to Succeed: 

  • 5-10 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or inventory analytics (footwear, apparel, accessories) 
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g. Locally inventory dashboards, SPS knowledge, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with wholesale, merchandising, and planning teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex data and share insights with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for product, wholesale growth, and helping build BRUNT’s growth, finding opportunities to grow it bigger, better, and faster.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. The anticipated salary range for this role is: $90,000 – $115,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills and budget. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including:

  • Bonus eligibility
  • Equity or other incentive compensation, if applicable
