About the Role:
bswift is seeking a Client Analyst I for the QMCSO COE team to support consumers using our best-in-class benefits software and services. This role is responsible for processing multiple types of Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO) while managing workloads to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Compliance:
• Process various types of QMCSO requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with governmental standards for QMCSO procedures
• Maintain a 98%+ accuracy rate while meeting quality and utilization standards
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update procedural documentation as needed
Workload Management:
• Prioritize and complete daily workload assignments to meet/exceed SLAs
• Utilize project management tools such as Salesforce and Ticket Tracker
• Conduct audits and administrative reporting as part of QMCSO processing standards
• Enter cycle time and movement data in the Salesforce application
Escalation & Issue Resolution:
• Track, prioritize, and resolve client inquiries and process issues
• Identify root causes and trends to proactively mitigate escalations
• Communicate compliance updates in a timely manner
• Work closely with members of client services to streamline processes and reduce QMCSO escalations
Client & Internal Collaboration:
• Provide timely, professional, and open communication to clients and internal teams
• Consult client teams to recommend best practices and process improvements
• Support special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications:
• Attention to detail. All steps within the process must be followed per our client’s requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both repetitive and complex processing.
• Ability to adapt to change and adjust priorities with minimal notice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe.
• Basic math skills for calculating affordability

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in health and welfare benefits administration
• Project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Salesforce experience

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22.00-$25.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
