We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the EDI Analyst II.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The EDI Analyst II is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best-in-class HR software and services. This role supports EDI Integration Consultants, Integration Managers, Configuration Specialists, and Development Managers by focusing on file configuration, testing, and timely delivery of interfaces for new, direct, or channel partner clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

- Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners
- Configure files on the bswift EDI platform (Feedbuilder) as needed to meet client and carrier deliverables, including:
- Configuring files based on client plan requirements and carrier file layouts
- Testing new and existing file transmissions to ensure accuracy of client/carrier requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve client/carrier inquiries regarding system and process issues
- Provide timely communication of status updates to ensure projects stay on track
- Deliver clear and detailed root cause analyses (RCA) back to Client Services within Ticket Tracker when troubleshooting issues
- Assist in QA testing and production verification during quarterly product releases
- Attend weekly team meetings to review priority topics
- Assist with Feedbuilder trainings and learn the file failure process
- Complete maintenance-type tickets such as archive files, PGP key updates, and file replacements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current or previous experience with benefits and/or implementation processes
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Skills and Experience)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to listen, clarify, and respond effectively to questions
- Initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness while maintaining a high level of quality
- High productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to make timely decisions and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Passion for teamwork, client service, and driving business results through problem solving
- Willingness to work nights or weekends as necessary to meet client deliverables

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22-$29/hr, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
