Implementation Configuration Analyst role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to bswift clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Implementation Configuration Analyst will focus primarily on building customer sites by selecting the proper options in our proprietary platform and testing the site functionality against requirements prior to the go-live. The Implementation team continues to support projects after the live-date during a hypercare period and will handle customer inquiries, and ongoing processing and data audits until the client work is transferred to an ongoing team.

This is an in-office role in our Bangalore location. The working hours will be in the range of 10:30am – 7:30pm IST, Monday through Friday.

What you’ll do:

  • Build client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents
  • Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality
  • Conduct regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs
  • Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects
  • Prepare employee and employer communication documents
  • Triage tickets and research concerns from internal and external customers
  • Audit system data from various sources and produce reports about summary and details
  • Research and resolve questions from customers who contact the bswift Service Center
  • Resolve any data discrepancies with external vendors
  • Perform billing tasks such as invoice generation, posting payment, and reconcile receivables

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including MS Excel
  • Proficiency creating common keys across datasets in different formats (i.e. CONCATENATE function) to use for data analysis
  • Proficiency using functions to normalize data (LEFT, RIGHT, LEN, TRIM, etc.)
  • Proficiency using functions for data analysis (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc.)
  • Proficiency using Pivot Tables to summarize data analysis
  • Exceptional English writing skills for clarity, conciseness
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with bswift system
  • Prior experience working with Smartsheet
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience with U.S. benefits administration system and/or payroll.
