We are seeking a Fulfillment EDI Analyst II to support and operate production EDI and fulfillment data processes as part of our global delivery model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The primary objective of the Fulfillment EDI Analyst II role is to support the ongoing execution, monitoring, and stabilization of EDI and fulfillment-related data feeds. This role is responsible for independently managing production files, resolving complex issues, and ensuring data accuracy across fulfillment delivery processes.
The Analyst II partners closely with Fulfillment COE, EDI, and Operations teams to proactively identify risks, drive resolution, and support continuous improvement.
This role is based in Bangalore and supports U.S.-based Fulfillment and EDI operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)
- Independently manage assigned EDI and fulfillment data feeds, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Monitor, validate, and audit production files to ensure compliance with specifications and business requirements
- Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting of file errors, failed transmissions, and data discrepancies
- Execute root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings clearly
- Proactively communicate risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders
- Support production changes, file updates, and release activities by validating outcomes and confirming stability
- Create and maintain process documentation, runbooks, and file specifications
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for fulfillment EDI processes within the Bangalore team
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and assist with cross-training efforts
- Partner with Fulfillment COE, EDI, Client Support, and Operations teams to resolve escalations
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase process efficiency
- Support special projects, vendor transitions, and volume surges (e.g., Annual Enrollment) as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
- 2+ years of experience supporting EDI, data feeds, or production operations, preferably in benefits administration or healthcare
- Strong working knowledge of EDI concepts, file layouts, and data validation
- Experience supporting production environments with defined SLAs and critical processing windows
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and stakeholder updates
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience)
- Experience supporting benefits enrollment, eligibility, or fulfillment-related EDI feeds
- Familiarity with secure file transfers (SFTP), batch processing, and monitoring tools
- Experience working in a global delivery model supporting U.S. teams and time zones
- Exposure to EDI mapping tools, ticketing systems, or operational dashboards
