This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, leading hiring efforts for India while partnering with Hiring/People Leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The individual will drive an efficient, high-quality hiring process, ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

Responsibilities

  • Hiring Strategy & Planning:
    Partner with Hiring/People Leaders to determine hiring plans
    Review requisitions and define interview strategies
    Develop customized application and screening questions

  • Job Posting & Sourcing:
    Post roles across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
    Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
    Collaborate with stakeholders on candidate evaluation

  • Candidate Screening & Selection:
    Conduct initial screening conversations
    Assess technical and behavioral fit
    Validate compensation expectations, work authorization, and other key criteria

  • Offer Management & Candidate Experience:
    Partner on offer development and approvals
    Extend offers via Greenhouse/Docusign
    Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Onboarding Coordination:
    Support onboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and system setup
    Partner with Hiring/People Leaders to ensure smooth onboarding.
    Run onboarding sessions

  • Recruitment Systems & Administration:
    Manage Greenhouse workflows, approvals, and reporting .

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the HR function.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
  • Experience working in a small to mid-size organization, with exposure to dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (including Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment technologies
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities across recruitment
  • Practical understanding of day-to-day HR operations and challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior/CXO-level stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and guide team members, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and high performance.
