Position Summary:
The Dermatology Sales Representative is responsible for executing day-to-day field activities aimed at promoting and driving awareness of the brand. This role involves detailing scientific data, conducting product sampling, engaging in customer interactions, and building strong relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals, ultimately driving product referrals to patients. The representative will gather market insights, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall strategy by ensuring our products are effectively represented and well received in the market. This position requires excellent communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to foster trust and credibility with key stakeholders in the dermatology field.
Responsibilities:
Execute Field Strategies and Meet Performance Targets:
- Implement and adhere to field strategies designed to promote Bubble products.
- Achieve specific performance targets as set by the National Sales Manager.
- Meet KPIs, Performance metrics, and sales goals
- Utilize CRM, to track, record, and analyze data
Conduct Product Sampling and Demonstrations:
- Organize and conduct product sampling sessions with dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations of Bubble products, highlighting their benefits and uses.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Regularly visit dermatology clinics, hospitals, and other relevant institutions to maintain a visible presence.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote Bubble products.
Gather Market Insights and Provide Feedback:
- Collect and report market insights, including competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide regular feedback to the National Sales Manager on field activities and customer responses.
Maintain Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated with the latest product information, industry trends, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and field skills.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales representative role, preferably in the healthcare or dermatology industry.
Previous experience in aesthetics sales, Medical Detailing, and or Pharmaceutical / Dermatology sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
In-depth product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
