Job Summary:
As the Creative Operations Associate - Retail, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing creative processes for Bubble's retail initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Creative & Marketing Operations, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Creative, Retail, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Operations Management:
- Develop timelines and manage orderly flow of creative projects, from initial scoping and development, to production and delivery of final assets to retailers.
- Serve as the central point of contact for creative project coordination, facilitating clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Organize and lead kick-off and status meetings, providing detailed agendas and concise meeting summaries to drive project progress.
- Manage project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and retail parameters.
- Ensures projects are routed for all senior leadership approvals where necessary.
- Act as a liaison between creative and retail teams, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve project goals effectively.
- Align with Production team on project timelines, ensuring all projects are released to Production on time in order to guarantee project and retailer asset due dates.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and streamline timelines and workflows for creative & retail projects, ensuring efficient execution from inception through final asset delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and refine creative and retail processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve workflow management and project outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of creative outputs into broader retail strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to support the successful execution of creative projects.
- Partner with senior leadership to align creative objectives with retail goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in creative operations within consumer goods, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in optimizing creative processes and driving operational excellence.
- Experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in managing creative projects within a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools (i.e., Wrike) and software.
