Director of PR and Influencers
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Director of PR and Influencers to develop and lead our brand’s public relations, influencer marketing, and community engagement strategies. This role will be pivotal in expanding Bubble’s global reach, building meaningful relationships with influencers, media, and stakeholders, and shaping the brand’s external communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Influencer and Partnership Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of influencer and partnership strategies focused on building long-term, authentic relationships with creators and brands that align with Bubble’s values.

Influencer Identification & Management: Oversee the identification, outreach, and management of influencers across key regions (US, AUS, UK, CA), fostering impactful and engaging collaborations.

Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with brands and influencers in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, ensuring these collaborations align with the brand’s mission and amplify its reach.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with creative and social media teams to develop engaging content with influencers and partners, enhancing campaign impact.

Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer and partnership initiatives, using data to refine strategies and ensure a strong ROI.

PR Strategy Development: Develop and implement PR strategies to support product launches, events, and other brand-building activities, boosting visibility in key markets.

Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with beauty, lifestyle, and wellness media outlets to secure impactful coverage.

Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of PR events and influencer activations, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of influencer, partnership, and PR specialists, fostering creativity and collaboration to drive successful campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful PR and influencer campaigns across multiple regions.
- Strong network of media contacts and influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness spaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry with a deep understanding of its trends, influencers, and media landscape.
- Experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation Range:
- $105,000 - $150,000 annually
