Copy Intern
Reporting to: Copywriter

Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr
Start Date January 6, 2025
As a copy intern, your role will be to support and collaborate with copywriters, designers, art directors, and operations to execute digital, packaging, retail, and campaign projects. In this position, you will grow quickly, learning new skills and applying the ones you’ve learned in school. Your ideas will be digital and tangible, visual and verbal, creatively-compelling and community-forward.
The Copy Intern is on the Creative Team, and reports directly to the Copywriter.
As a copy intern at Bubble, we will expect you to:
- Strategic thinking. Come up with and execute good ideas. Create smart solutions to problems. Be aware of the constraints of a project.
- Adhere to existing brand guidelines.
- Collaboration. Be an excellent team player. Work closely to support designers, art directors, writers, and project managers.
- Be curious about our audience, understanding their desires, emotions, and what drives them.
- Open to feedback. You will learn a lot in this role. We expect you to be willing to learn and absorb while working with the experienced creative team around you, not taking feedback personally.
Responsible and proactive. Adhere to deadlines, communicating openly when you need help. Communication. Explain your creative work to peers and creative leaders

Qualifications
- Entry level. 0-2 years of experience as a copywriter
- Must submit a portfolio that demonstrates experience with color, form, and execution of brand guidelines across digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both through digital tools or IRL
- Ability to work in the NYC office 1-2 days per week.
- Optional: Degree in communications, creative writing, or related.
