Compensation Range: $85,000 to $110,000 Annual Salary

Job Overview
As part of a growing team that drives and services all brand visual output, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative & Experiential Producer to join our Creative & Brand Team. This role will be responsible for overseeing both creative and experiential production, ensuring the seamless execution of brand content and live experiences that engage our audience and elevate the brand. The role will manage a variety of projects across content creation, product launches, pop-up activations, influencer-driven events, and retail experiences.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong creative production expertise, a proven track record in experiential event execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring brand visions to life on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production:
- End-to-end production management, including pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production for branded content, campaign shoots, and digital assets across various categories (e.g., apparel, accessories, skincare, and sustainability initiatives).
- Work closely with creative leadership and the marketing team to align production with brand storytelling and key calendar moments.
- Develop concise creative briefs, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of creative production, including talent selection, location scouting, vendor negotiations, and equipment coordination.
- Budget and manage production expenses, working with finance and leadership to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain relationships with photographers, videographers, agencies, and external production partners to execute high-quality content.
Experiential & Event Production:
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact experiential marketing initiatives, including product launches, community activations, influencer-driven events, and brand partnerships.
- Plan and manage all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, permitting, staffing, catering, and product handling.
- Work closely with design teams to create visually immersive brand experiences.
- Partner with PR, influencer, and community teams to develop strategic event toolkits for in-store activations, pop-ups, and major brand moments.
- Integrate emerging technologies and interactive elements to enhance brand activations.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and event vendors to foster culturally relevant brand experiences.
Project Management & Operations:
- Own the briefing process for all creative and experiential initiatives, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
- Maintain an efficient production workflow, flagging potential roadblocks in advance and optimizing processes for seamless execution.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, serving as the key liaison to uphold brand interests.
- Oversee production schedules, approvals, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with operations teams to manage event toolkits, collateral storage, and logistics.
- Conduct post-production/event evaluations to analyze performance, gather insights, and identify opportunities for future optimizations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a senior creative producer or experiential producer, preferably
within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. - Strong understanding of both content production and experiential event execution.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
- Strong relationships with event vendors, production agencies, and industry contacts.
- Familiarity with the New York City and Los Angeles event landscape is a plus.
- Ability to quickly grow networks in new markets and build strategic partnerships.
- In-house experience (brand, agency, or creative studio) preferred.
