UK Community & Influencer Manager

Title: UK Community & Influencer Manager
Location: London, United Kingdom – Remote
Reporting to: Senior Director of Community & Influencer
Department: Community & Influencer
Salary: £40,000–£50,000

Role Overview:

The UK Community & Influencer Manager will elevate Bubble’s brand presence across the UK and Europe by shaping and executing influencer and community strategies that amplify brand priorities, support retail growth, and build authentic local connections. This role focuses on cultivating strong creator relationships, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration across PR, retail, social, and community. You will be the go-to contact for managers and creators, responsible for the day-to-day sourcing, outreach, gifting, and relationship management that keep both earned and paid partnerships running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in influencer marketing and community building, with a deep understanding of the UK and European beauty and lifestyle landscape. This individual contributor role requires strong ownership, creativity, and collaboration with both global and local teams.

While this is a remote role, candidates should be within easy access to London, with some travel across the UK required. As the role partners closely with our global team in New York, occasional flexibility around time zones will be important.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Program Execution & Relationship Management

  • Manage all day-to-day influencer marketing efforts in the UK, including outreach, gifting, campaign execution, briefing, and communication.
  • Cultivate, retain, and grow relationships with key influencers and creators, ensuring Bubble becomes a trusted, go-to brand partner.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, including emerging UK creators and culturally relevant partnerships.
  • Manage ongoing organic and paid collaborations with talent and agencies

Community Building & Engagement

  • Support the growth of Bubble’s UK community, building a vibrant network of brand advocates, campus ambassadors, and micro-influencers.
  • Develop creative, locally relevant community challenges and activations to deepen engagement.
  • Act as the local voice for ambassadors, ensuring they feel connected to the brand and supported in their journeys.

Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute UK-based events — from influencer gatherings and retail activations to community meet-ups — that amplify brand storytelling and drive buzz.
  • Partner with retail and PR teams to align events with launches, campaigns, and key cultural moments.
  • Manage logistics, guest experience, and post-event content amplification to maximize impact.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support event execution.

Strategy Development & Program Optimization

  • Contribute to the development of UK influencer and community strategies that ladder into global brand priorities.
  • Leverage creator trends, cultural moments, and UK retail moments to drive relevancy and conversion.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to ensure Bubble remains ahead of influencer and community trends.

Reporting, Analytics & Tools Management

  • Track performance using influencer and social analytics tools, providing regular reporting on reach, engagement, EMV, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign results and ambassador impact to inform future programming.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy and execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Industry Research

  • Partner closely with Social, PR, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure UK influencer and community efforts integrate seamlessly.
  • Share insights on emerging UK social trends, creator behavior, and platform updates to inform strategy.
  • Act as the local expert on influencer culture and community dynamics in the UK.

Who You Are:

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — able to move seamlessly from big-picture strategy to hands-on delivery.
  • Passion for influencers, social media, and community building, with a deep understanding of UK platforms, creators, and trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proactive communication and project management skills; highly organized and effective at prioritization.
  • Creative self-starter with a positive, resourceful mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate partnerships across creators, agencies, and internal teams.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
