dermatologists across the country to make effective, clinically backed skincare accessible to

About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and relationship driven Inside Customer Service
Representative to join our growing Dermatology division. Based in our NYC headquarters, you’ll
serve as a key connector between Bubble and our network of dermatologists and healthcare
professionals nationwide.

In this role, you’ll be the voice and face of Bubble’s Dermatology team, providing exceptional
customer support, leading virtual product demonstrations, and ensuring every dermatology
office we partner with feels informed, valued, and inspired by our mission. You’ll play an
essential role in bringing Bubble’s dermatologist community to life and driving product
recommendations that reach thousands of patients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Virtual Sampling & Product Demonstrations
● Conduct engaging, informative virtual product sessions with dermatologists and office
staff
● Confidently present Bubble’s portfolio, highlighting clinical efficacy, ingredient integrity,
and benefits for all skin types

● Coordinate and fulfill national product sampling requests as leads are generated from
our marketing programs


2. Drive Awareness & Execute Strategic Field Initiatives
● Support and execute dermatology field strategies in markets without in-person reps
● Achieve performance targets and KPIs in partnership with the VP of Dermatology
● Use CRM tools to track engagements, monitor performance, and identify opportunities
for deeper relationships


3. Build & Nurture Relationships
● Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals,
and clinic teams nationwide
● Maintain consistent virtual touchpoints to ensure Bubble remains top of mind and deeply
trusted
● Represent Bubble at select industry events, conferences, and trainings to expand reach
and engagement


4. Deliver Insights & Continuous Improvement
● Capture feedback from dermatologists and patients to inform future initiatives, sampling
programs, and educational tools
● Communicate opportunities, challenges, and market insights directly to leadership


5. Stay Ahead of the Curve
● Keep up to date with the latest product launches, dermatology trends, and competitive
landscape
● Participate in ongoing internal training and development sessions to deepen product
expertise and communication skills

Qualifications
● Experienced in inside sales, customer service, or dermatology/skincare account support,
ideally within healthcare or aesthetic fields
● A clear, confident, and empathetic communicator who thrives in building trusted professional relationships
● Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
● Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated by performance goals and team success
● Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or eager to learn
