Job Summary

As part of the Revenue Operations & Deal Desk team, you will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside a diverse group of talented professionals focused on continuous innovation and improvement. Our Revenue Operations & Deal Desk team provides strategic consulting and guidance to all levels of Bugcrowd, from sales to customer success, legal, finance, and partner teams supporting the quote-to-cash process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Revenue Operations

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development
  • Partner with colleagues across Business Systems, Customer Success, Delivery, Legal, Marketing Channels and Finance to drive cross-functional improvements
  • Simplify and optimize reports/dashboards or related infrastructure – make consumption of reports/dashboards accessible and relevant for sales management
  • Audit data integrity in Salesforce, and other systems and assist with pipeline and forecast management cadence
  • Drive best practices in sales forecasting processes and stay closely connected with overall pipeline movement and large deal activity

Deal Desk

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, guiding them in structuring deals that align with both customer needs and Bugcrowd's business objectives under the direction of the Manager of Revenue Operations & Deal Desk.
  • Ensure compliance with the Rules of Engagement, partnering with cross-functional teams to uphold policies and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing complex deals, coordinating cross-functional teams to expedite quotes for customers.
  • Oversee the review, approval, tracking, and actioning of non-standard deals to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Enhance and maintain the deal desk playbook, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for the sales organization.
  • Support and help improve deal desk playbook
  • Manage order processing responsibilities for all orders secured by the sales team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Travel Requirements

  • 5% to 10% travel to be expected 

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2-4 years of Deal Desk, FP&A, Finance, Legal, and/or Sales Operations background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or similar fields required, Master’s degree a plus
  • Experience with data analysis, Microsoft suite and Salesforce required.
  • Comfort with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Clari a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Giving support and assistance to other deal desk analysts as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.

Pay Range Disclosure

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs. 

At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Revenue Operations & Deal Desk Analyst Level II is: $66,560 - $91,520.

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
