Purpose 

The GTM Systems Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of GTM systems infrastructure to ensure efficient operations across revenue teams. The role requires expertise in system and application integration, process automation, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable a seamless customer journey.  This role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of company GTM systems and applications, focusing on scalable integration and workflows 
  • Manage administration and maintenance of Salesforce and other GTM applications (e.g. Outreach, Workato, Marketo, etc.) and inter connectivity to company applications (Pendo, Chargebee, Product, etc.) 
  • Define, implement, and enhance system automation and workflows that improve efficiency and customer experience 
  • Collaborate closely with our revenue operations team and functional leaders to establish GTM application roadmaps that create automation and support our growth aspirations  
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures (a.k.a. playbooks) 
  • Monitor new developments and trends within the GTM systems and applications space to develop recommendations and new approaches for productivity, efficiency, and continued scale 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS GTM Systems teams, focused on building innovative systems, owning complex and cross-functional technology initiatives  
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and related CRM applications, including custom integrations, and marketing automation (Marketo) 
  • Technical expertise in GTM system architecture, configuration, customization, and development. 
  • Ability to set a long-term strategy for GTM systems and align them with overall business goals. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
  • Relevant Certifications in GTM systems and applications desirable.
