Your domain

As a Customer Success Manager at Buildxact, you will ensure that customers get maximum value from their subscription and deliver excellence across optimizing, managing and growing relationships to deliver customer happiness.

What you’ll nail

  • Be a coach who can lead the Customer through that journey and teach the best practices they need to thrive ensuring a fully engaged, positive and valuable experience
  • Manage customer retention campaigns with a focus on education and coaching customers to ensure adequate retention targets are met
  • Collaborate with your peers to deliver work and own the outputs of the sprint as a team
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by collecting, analyzing and using data to make the customers' experience consistent and seamless
  • Define and oversee lifecycle processes, touch points and moments that matter
  • Be a part of the adaptation of training and onboarding materials
  • Assist with generation of self-help content for users including FAQs, documentation, and in-app guides
  • Manage customer escalations personally following a methodical escalation process
  • Integrate technology by working with the Product & Development team to create the tools the customer needs

Your toolkit

  • Customer Success demonstration and training experience
  • SaaS or cloud-based experience with a passion for technology and how it changes lives
  • You value innovation, and have a willingness to adopt new approaches
  • An affinity with the residential building industry
  • Fantastic communication skills with experience presenting through video conferencing
