Job Description Ce rôle est responsable de fournir un soutien aux programmes qualité manufacturières pour les usines du marché canadien. Dans ce rôle, la personne aidera les usines à développer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des systèmes qualité conformes aux politiques applicables de Kraft Heinz, aux exigences réglementaires et aux normes tiers. Cette personne aidera les usines à atteindre des KPI de qualité par le biais de la commercialisation et de l'évaluation des risques liés aux produits, de la participation à l'analyse des causes profondes, des mesures correctives et préventives et des initiatives d'amélioration continue. Ce poste assure un leadership en matière de systèmes de qualité et un soutien pour la résolution des problèmes dans les sites assignés, au besoin. Cette personne sera chargée de fournir des conseils aux usines assignées lors des audits internes et externes, de participer aux validations HACCP, aux évaluations de micro-programmes, aux validations d'allergènes, aux évaluations de la vulnérabilité et aux audits des processus de l'usine. Fonctions et responsabilités essentielles Mener l'amélioration au sein du département qualité Programmes végétaux - BPF, gestion des allergènes, soutien en laboratoire et en analyse, etc. Système de gestion Kraft Heinz (KHMS), conformité aux règles d'or, Respect des politiques de sécurité de la qualité (QSP) Programmes de commercialisation de Kraft Heinz - STAR KPI/MBOs clés : Indice de salubrité des aliments (droit de la première fois, réduction des plaintes des consommateurs), respect de la règle d'or, assurance qualité et de la salubrité des aliments, surveillance pour assurer la conformité Autres tâches/projets assignés. Expertise Conformité et exécution HACCP ; conformité aux exigences de KHC, de l'ACIA et de la LGFSPN Soutien aux audits Évaluation de l'usine, de la SE ou des fournisseurs (ex., KHMS, Règles Platine/d'or) ou soutien à l'audit Préparation pour les audits Assurez-vous que les usines sont toujours prêtes pour l'audit. Leadership du programme KHMS/ FSSC / QCMS Préparation à la vérification de l'usine, évaluations des règles d'or et du KHMS et mesures correctives Diriger les initiatives d'amélioration continue et de formation : Visites d'usines - documenter les observations et créer des suivis exploitables. Planification et exécution par rapport aux plans d'amélioration des KPI qualité Formation et développement de la qualité et soutien des usines Identification et réaction aux tendances émergentes grâce à une analyse robuste des données et à une approche PDCA pour établir la cause profonde Soutien et communication : Enquêtes sur les situations spéciales, évaluations d'usine sur place (bottes sur le terrain) Communication/escalade des problèmes Amélioration et support des matières premières non conformes de qualité des fournisseurs SAP Support/Quality Data Systems/Meridian/ Quality Suite Expérience et compétences requises Baccalauréat en sciences de l'alimentation, ou domaine connexe (requis) Capacité d'influencer les partenaires commerciaux internes et externes, d'évaluer et de gérer les risques et de communiquer tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. In this role, the individual will assist assigned factories in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems in compliance with applicable Kraft Heinz Company policies, regulatory requirements, and third-party standards. This person will support plants in achieving Quality KPIs through commercialization and product risk assessments, participation in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides quality systems leadership and support for issue resolution at assigned sites as needed. This individual will be responsible for providing guidance to assigned factories during internal and external audits, participating in HACCP validations, micro program assessments, allergen validations, Vulnerability Assessments and plant process audits. A successful candidate should have multiple functional job experiences and must be results driven, adaptable to change, have experience leading cross functional teams (e.g., R&D, Micro/Food Safety, Marketing, Factory Quality, etc.) with or without direct reporting lines. This person will also work closely with other BU quality peers to ensure best practice sharing across the organization. KHMS/ FSSC/QCMS Program Leadership Plant Audit Preparation, Golden Rule and KHMS Assessments and Corrective Action Responses Lead Continuous Improvement and Training Initiatives: Plant Visits - Document Observations and Create Actionable Follow-ups. Planning and Execution Against Quality KPI Improvement Plans Training and Development of Plant Quality and support Identification and Reaction to Emerging Trends (e.g., Complaints, Hold Drivers) Through Robust Data Analysis and a PDCA Approach for Establishing Root Cause Support to category and communication: Special Situations Investigations, On-Site Factory Assessments (Boots on the ground) Communication/Issue Escalation to Quality Leadership or Key Shared Stakeholders (e.g., Risk Management) Supplier Quality-Non-Conforming Raw Material Escalation and Support SAP Support/Quality Data Systems/Meridian/ Quality Suite Expected Experience & Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field required. Capable of multitasking and self-motivated (e.g., managing multiple priorities and plants). Ability to influence internal and external business partners, assess and manage risk, and communicate across the supply chain. Bilingual (English/ French) HACCP experience preferred Green Belt/Certified Quality Engineer is preferred. Experience with ISO, and/or FSSC 22000 preferred. Why choose Kraft Heinz?
