This is a hands-on role where you’ll be coaching, solving problems, managing real-time issues, and ensuring an efficient, high-performing environment each day. • Drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction: Keep orders moving on schedule and help improve shopper performance, which directly impacts our customer rating.
  • Manage and coach in-store teams: Supervise shoppers and drivers during your shift, provide real-time coaching, and ensure accountability.
  • Adjust staffing and shift pacing based on volume: Proactively evaluate order volume and team bandwidth to make real-time decisions about breaks, staffing, and priorities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed: Quickly address and solve operational problems, escalating major concerns to leadership to avoid delivery delays or customer impact.
  • Ensure SOP adherence and identify improvement opportunities: Make sure team members follow processes, and flag or help update outdated workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture: Motivate and engage the team while maintaining a respectful, safe, and energetic workplace.
  • Build strong relationships with Meijer store staff: Collaborate with store leadership and floor teams to maintain a supportive, respectful partnership that helps Buncha operate effectively in-store.

  • Hands-on leader who is proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move efficiently in-store, and be on your feet for most of the shift
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation
  • Must be at least 21 years old

What’s in it for You

  • Hourly Pay: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Health & Wellness: Access to comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • Time Off: Accrued paid time off (PTO) so you can recharge when needed
  • Professional Development: Hands-on training and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a mission-driven team focused on innovation, efficiency, and community impact

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
