Destiny Producer (Associate to Mid)

Hybrid / Bungie-Approved Remote Locations

Bungie is seeking a Producer to play a critical role in the development of Destiny 2. This Producer will work as a part of the Destiny team to drive the development of future content, ensuring we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be a tenacious operator who won't let up until the way forward is clear and the team is on the right path. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for product area.
  • Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in-development content to measure and ensure player experience.
  • Help drive milestone goals and schedules for one of the content teams, in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
  • Work within a dedicated production team and use independent judgment when necessary.
  • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience in internal games production, in a AAA setting (or equivalent).
  • Product acumen in the development of multiplayer shooters, especially live service games.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with creative and technical leaders and staff.
  • Results oriented, focused, and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.
  • Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary content pipelines.
  • Hard project management skills, and data-oriented approaches to development plans.
  • Great facility with Jira, Excel, Confluence, and other app suites.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Prior experience in the development of AAA live service games.
  • Deep understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Passion for live service, first person shooters.
Listed below are the two base pay ranges associated with this role at multiple levels. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

$89,000 - $117,000 USD

Bellevue Pay Range II

$119,000 - $144,000 USD
