
Contract Destiny Associate Producer
Bungie is seeking a Producer to work with cross-discipline small teams to develop innovative experiences in game. At Bungie, Producers are individual contributors responsible for the production processes in their areas. This role will work under the supervision of more experienced production staff and will be responsible for assisting Producers in creating and implementing project plans, schedules, and processes for teams creating end-to-end activities in game. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator as well as analytical, detail oriented, highly organized, and passionate about the successful orchestration of complex plans. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up, running, and organizing playtests and feedback sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with an area producer to provide a specified team of content creators with relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of their content.
- Facilitate ongoing and clear communication and collaboration between multiple parties and disciplines.
- Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of your area.
- Identify roadblocks and risks and drive solutions.
- Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to Producers, Leads, and developers.
- Support the goals of broader project milestones.
- Motivate and provide support to your team.
- Support Producers with additional miscellaneous tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in a production or project management position.
- Superior organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Results oriented, focused and composed under pressure.
- Able to identify and resolve conflicts with members of varied disciplines and external partners in a clear and efficient manner.
- Ability to quickly solve or seek the solution to any problem in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the games industry.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Project Management software is a plus.
- People management skills.

Bellevue Pay Range
$94,000 - $117,000 USD
