
Contract Marathon Associate Producer
The Marathon marketing team is responsible for leading the strategic planning and creative executions that promote Bungie’s upcoming live-service title, Marathon.
In this role you will assist the Principal Franchise Producer for Marathon’s marketing team in all aspects – Supporting both planning and executional work. You will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to drive collaboration and planning across publishing teams. You are highly organized and able to juggle and prioritize a multitude of projects. You are creative and passionate about all things marketing and production with a strong desire to help improve processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing team with day-to-day activities
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure plans are efficiently executed
- Document and communicate key marketing plans and decisions
- Build and maintain Marketing records, collaborating with various teams to centralize pertinent reference materials for upcoming releases
- Schedule and coordinate regular meetings for seasonal and marcom planning
- Support identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks
- Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems
- Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to Marketing leads
- Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties for content in review
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse and highly collaborative teams
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Can easily identify risks and propose mitigation measures when working on complex projects
- Familiarity with project management with sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow
- Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- 2+ years of professional experience in production or related field
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience supporting a live-service game or product
- Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Asana, Wrike or other)

Bellevue Pay Range
$89,000 - $117,000 USD
